What did I think of this?

To begin with, this is a new author for me and I wasn't sure what to expect at all. It caught me by surprise in several different ways but overall, it was a good read and action packed. It was very short and hard to put down. However, I did find myself a tiny bit lost in the beginning without knowing the backstory of Gavriil, but I was able to overcome that as I continued on. I plan to read her other books but back to this one. I digress.

This book is short, sweet and action packed. Because of its length, I knew there would be "insta-love" and not much unnecessary clutter that I have found in some PNR. Luciana is human, yet Gravriil is able to fall in love with her and convinces her that she is danger. As he protects her, she is able to become drawn to him in a way that their love is inevitable. I don't want to give out spoilers!!! But this is a must read if you like action packed shifter romances! I highly recommend this book and now I must read her other books!
