I was born in Hawaii, a place rich with culture and storytellers. As a little girl, scary tales about vampires, werewolves, angels, demons, and witches were my favorite kind — much to my mother's dismay. 

 The scarier, the better. 

My love for the supernatural never went away, even after moving to Seattle, far from Hawaii's majestic beaches with unusual colors. Nothing compares to the landscapes of Maui, Lanai, or Oahu. Creating the supernatural world in the Blood Prophecy series was only the beginning. And today, the world is getting to know demons and angels in the Heaven and Hell Series.

It all started when I  saw a unique storyline involving all the races and an epic battle of good versus evil. It was a modern day plot with a three thousand year old prophecy, The Blood Prophecy.

Then I saw another world between Heaven and Hell involving a special demon hunter. And it helps that he is even sexier than you can imagine!

Today, I live in Florida, soaking up the sunshine while I write. Not to mention I enjoy helping other authors achieve thier dreams.  I always keep to my roots when I write.

Barb Jones is a supernatural horror author, IT professional, community philanthropist, and the mother of two fantastic children. She is known for her ability to create relatable characters and detailed settings without compromising her unique plots. When people have asked her who she is, she's been quoted saying, "It can be hard to write at times, but never give up on what you're passionate about." She's a mother, first and foremost, and an author and supernatural enthusiast after. She currently resides in Sarasota, FL, but is a Seattle native at heart.
